Let’s Go! Get up, get out of bed and let’s get this morning started. It’s 3:30 and you have some work to do this morning. OK, you’ve checked your email and your finances and already drank a half cup of coffee. Get your ass out to the garage and get started. This body is not going to build itself just sitting here.
188.2? My body weight is up again. Who cares? Stop worrying about that damn scale and get busy. But my sugar is down to a 93… My diet must have been good yesterday. Stop thinking about that and get busy already.
14 reps is pretty good… It’s better than my last session. Oh, and you can’t give me one more rep. Push damn it. Come on, is that all you’ve got?
OK, you’ve been sitting at that computer too long. Get back out there. You have more work to do. Damn, my belly looks big. It’s muscle with a little fat around it. Don’t worry about it. You are slowly burning it off. Just get over to the machine and do your thing already.
These are the thoughts that haunt my morning and keep me accountable. It’s like I have an inner coach moving me forward for an hour each morning keeping me on track. It is the intelligence of the Beast that keeps me working hard because he loves to come out and play. The Beast has not the time for nonsense, no all the beast wants is to rip and tear muscle driven by the cry of the wild. It’s the primal instinct deep inside that drives the animal out from it’s dark cave the same as the primal beast that leaps at it’s prey to make the kill to ensure it’s own survival.
The Beast is alive and well this morning and will guide me each morning to build this body up to the point of reaching the best possible position of health it can be in. My muscles are primed and I am spending every single last ounce of energy of pushing and pulling those weights to the very limit of complete break down. I am in full BEAST MODE!
