When coming to exercise and its related activities, there’s a great deal to share with.

We often heard of something as simple as “10,000 steps a day”, or be active for at least 30 minutes daily and vice-versa. I don’t think all these advices are neither wrong or right, as it is part of being active. However, for the typical people, they will be a lot doubt in their mind as they received lots of information from the external. They could be influenced in a way that believing certain exercise regimen is not effective because their friends said so. There is lot of these kind of feedback we professional often received.

Before educating myself in these area, I was once being like them trying to find what best for myself. But only later on, I realize that there is no such thing as the best exercise regimen, because all of it worked. What made the program worked…
