Diabesity War on Hold

9ipzb5o7TDamn it, I do believe that I am getting sick. I woke up this morning lacking energy while sleeping close to 9 hours. With a fasting blood sugar at 139 and body weight rising by 2 pounds I know that there is something wrong. I will continue to rest today and try to take it easy and hopefully my immune system is strong enough to fight off any invader that is trying to take over my body.

There is always the possibility that this is just a reaction to allergies as I did spend some time in the garden again yesterday. I am surrounded by so much majestic nature here in Oregon it makes it difficult sometimes to distinguish between allergies and getting sick even while taking allergy medications. I will simply have to wait this one out.

About SimpleLivingOver50

At 53 years old I am starting to realize how life changes both physically and emotionally. I strive for a life of simplicity. I am winning the battle with type II diabetes, created a plan to have all debt paid off in 4 years including the house, taking advantage of every opportunity to live life to it's fullest through adventures in nature, hiking, biking, loving and learning.

Hope you’ll be better soon. Sometimes our bodies just want to show us who’s “in charge.” It’s NOT us!

So sorry you are feeling badly:( I used to be an avid Gardner and am allergic to soil molds. Allergy shots helped me tremendously.

So sorry. Allergies are horrible and possibly the cause of the ringing in my ear. My dr has switched my medicine and by the end of next week I will be on 2000 mg of metformin. It’s a constant battle. Feel better.
