Let’s Go! Let’s Go! Let’s Go! Monday is here and I celebrate it as the first day of a new workout routine. I am so excited to get things rolling.
It is a very simple plan of dedicating just 30 minutes per day each morning before work. I will be working this plan 6 days per week so although Saturday is not a work day it will still start off with a workout.
The plan will be split into the overall idea that I can do cardio exercise one day and then strength training the next. The cardio part will take place on a treadmill every other morning and the strength training will happen on a bowflex system. I will train a different part of the body on the bowflex just once every two weeks with just one set of reps taken to exhaustion. Each rep will be slow and concentrated while being mindful of feeling the residence in each set of muscles I work.
Monday- 30 Minutes on Treadmill

For today got my 30 minutes session done as quickly as 30 minutes and built up a little sweat. It is a perfect day to shed the past and begin once again. As a celebration I will also be shooting for eating a well balanced diet today and start reducing my overall calorie intake just slightly.

Just a little bit each day
Yay! Excited for you as you get started on this new routine.
That sounds like a good plan! I like the idea of changing it up each day – keep it new, keep it fresh.
Yes, a little variety each day.
