After close to 5 days of no workouts at all I am looking at my blood sugar this morning at 85. I didn’t do anything different yesterday other than sleeping in an extra hour his morning. Sometime I just don’t understand. I am slowly getting to the point where I am starting to believe that my best course of action is very little action at all.
Although I haven’t been working out I certainly am moving all day at work and maybe that is enough to keep my body in balance. I still have the desire to workout but this time I am going to think lang and hard about the approach I take next week.
As my blood sugar is going down my body weight is also following but not as quickly. With a reduced hunger during the working day my caloric intake is also decreasing.
