The PC is still driving me crazy as I am still attempting to upgrade from Windows 8.0 to 8.1. I made it down to 6 updates from 191 where I started and I can’t seem to get the system to accept any of them. I figured out that if I turned of automatic updates I could install these updates individually but so many required a restart that it took just as long. It appears that Windows is allowing me to download the 8.1 update which is 3.6 gigabyte so we shall see by the end of the day where I am at.
Thank God my blood sugar came back down again. This whole process is getting confusing for me, but I certainly cannot argue with science. If I am not lifting weights and my blood sugar is reduced, but it rises after I do work out with weights then I am getting the signal that it doesn’t take much inflammation to make it rise. This is simply telling me that I need to concentrate more on my diet and and give the weight lifting a rest. With a lot of business around this wedding I believe that I will continue on my path to avoid working out at all and when it is over I will put together a plan of simple exercises and a walking schedule.
