A Day of Rest Restores Energy and Problems with Outlook

Rest-and-be-thankful-e1348672821368After a day of rest I am feeling filled with energy. My blood sugar is coming down and my body weight is stable. I am doing a moderate workout with weights this morning and will be fasting until noon. If there are any problems I will eat sooner, but for now I believe that I should have no problems making it to lunch time.

During the two week span of intermittent fasting every day I managed to drop a total of 8 lbs. but towards the end I was having problems with both low energy, low blood sugar and diarrhea. My conclusion is that it does work for rapid fat loss but at a cost. Switching over to intermittent fasting every other day may have some added benefits of not completely getting drained, but it may not prove the same with rapid fat loss. We shall see.

01Life with the new Macbook Pro has been pretty sweet other than yesterday. My main email account is with outlook and lately I have been getting a ton of junk mail that seems to be allowed by microsoft. It has been upwards of 60 per day and the more I go through all of the steps to stop it, the more I get. I do love outlook for all of the other benefits I get like 20 gigs of cloud storage and the online excel and word programs, but the email is becoming a problem. I created a new gmail account and changed my iCloud ID from my outlook email account to my new gmail account. This was easy, the hard part was getting my iPhone to change it’s primary account to log on to iCloud. I ended up factory setting my iPhone and today I have a lot of work restoring it with the new apple ID.
