5:45 AM- Treadmill
Distance- 3 MIles
Time- 46:28
Calories Burned- 341.0

6:45 AM- Protein Shake
10:00 AM- Cottage Cheese, Peaches
1:30 PM- Tuna Salad Sandwich on Gluten free bread with Lettuce and Tomato
4:00 PM- 5:00 PM – 2 Bottle of Beer
5:00 PM- Spaghetti, Meatballs, Salad, Bread

I did a some good things today and also a few bad things. I ate something prior to my workout which maximized my energy level on the treadmill but later on in the day I ate bread with dinner. I also drank two bottle of beer prior to dinner. I tried gluten free break but because I at Italian bread with dinner I won’t be able to see the true results of the effect it would have on blood sugars.
