09-27-14 – Saturday – Back on Track

After a long week of zero exercise, this morning I am back with a vengeance. I will also be back on track with the Keto way of eating. Lot’s of fat, moderate protein and low carbs. During the course of the week I really didn’t eat that badly. Other than an occasional piece of rye toast and a few potatoes I have to say that my food intake was mostly meat, eggs and fresh vegetables. But because of the extra carbs I know I came out of a ketogenic state. I saw my my body weight surge up to 176.4 from 169.4. But today I am back on track.

Tricep Pulldown- 80/80- 10, 12, 11
Dips – 155/155- 25, 22, 25
Curls – 80/80- 14, 14, 15
Hammer Curls – 65/65- 12, 12, 12
Situps – 25, 25, 35, 40
