Along with taking a an exercise day off yesterday I also decided to back away from the protein bars all day. I did drink the protein shake, however. I just figured that without the workout, the protein would be simply going nowhere. I also ate a very light lunch, but did mess up with 3 tacos for dinner last night. The results this morning are a direct reflection of what I did yesterday. Blood sugar is over 100 and weight dropped to under 173. I think I may follow this pattern of reduced protein for a while and see where it goes.
After having a good run this morning I feel great.
