I slept in an extra hour this morning with intentions of taking a day off of working out. I have been feeling like I need it for several days now and decided that my body needs rest on this Friday. My glucose is over 100 again this morning and I believe that it is due to the fried crab cakes I had for dinner last night. While Sharon cooked the crab cakes I made cabbage cooked with bacon and butter. Not the healthiest way to cook good food, but it sure was delicious.

5:00 AM – Blood Sugar – 107, Weight – 174.0
(NO WORKOUT TODAY)
6:30 AM – Cottage Cheese
6:40 AM – Meds
8:30 AM – Banana, Protein Bar
10:30 AM – Protein Shake
12:30 PM – Crab Cake, Cabbage
3:30 PM – Protein Bar
6:30 PM – Tacos
6:40 PM – Meds
