It has been 4 whole months since I quit smoking and I feel great. I seems like so much longer, almost like years have gone by since I even given thought to a cigarette. I cannot honestly say that my addiction to nicotine has ended as I continue to vape, but in time even that will come to an end. It certainly is not causing any damage to my body like cigarette smoking did and each day that goes by I am getting healthier.
I celebrate today and mark it as another step towards perfect health.
