I don’t like when I wake up late and have to rush through my routine in the morning. I figured that I had a choice, I could of moved through it quickly, or not worked out at all. The second option really is not an option at all is it? The truth is that sometimes you just don’t get the perfect routine, no sometimes you just have to give it what you can. In this case I know that I am not getting the rest between sets that I like, but, Oh Well. It’s all about those last reps in the set, and taking each set to it’s breaking point. It’s all about not coming up with excuses to skip a workout and just grabbing onto to something difficult and pushing your way through. It’s all about becoming your own personal trainer and creating the inspiration within yourself to find the ambition to get up and get working, even when you know that time is limited. It’s all about becoming so inspired by your own actions that you just cannot imagine a day without a workout.

6:30 PM – Dinner – Chicken, Broccoli
