Blood Sugar is up again. OK, I have to admit, I have throwing down trail mix that has chocolate in it. In itself it’s not bad as long as it is in moderation. After my strength training days I am so hungry, and I know that my body is craving protein. The nuts and seeds are a great natural form of protein, but the mixed with those little chocolate morsels type is a bad idea. Another lesson to be learned. My weight came in 1.6 lbs. higher that yesterday, which I kind of expected after several downward slopes in the last couple of days. I ended up sleeping until 5:00 AM this morning which is unusual. I am normally up between 3:30 and 4:00 AM. This is a sign to me that I need a day of rest. So, no workouts this morning.

5:00 AM – Blood Sugar – 113, Weight- 171.6
6:30 AM – Breakfast – Oatmeal
6:40 AM – Meds + Vitamins
9:30 AM – Snack – Banana, Snack Bar
12:30 PM – Lunch – BBQ Pork, Zuchinni
3:30 PM – Snack – Snack Bar
6:30 PM – Dinner – Chicken Pot Pie
6:40 PM – Meds + Vitamins
7:30 PM – Snack – Trail Mix
