Morning glucose reading down again since yesterday to 114 from 116. Is it my body adjusting to the reduced dosage of metformin that brought it up then slowly down each day? I don’t know, but I will know by the end of two weeks. I am still eating like crap and started counting calories yesterday then just stopped out of disgust. I have to start wrapping my brain around it. Lunch should be a cup of soup and a salad everyday. It is that simple. I think with left over’s from the night before and my frugal ways I choose the left over’s. But like I mentioned in one of my earlier posts, “You cannot put a price tag on good health”. This is the reason why I purchased good gym equipment. I am not spending money on cigarettes so why not get a good salad each day. I was a vegan for two whole years and I know the benefits of vegetables. Step it up Billy!
Weight came in at 173.6. 1.4 lbs. heavier than yesterday. I need another breaking point. They are harder to come by than they were in the beginning. The good news is that my waist size has been steady and I even think has come down just slightly. As my muscles repair the damage of the strength training workouts they are increasing in size and weight. So all in all, everything is good.
