Vaping is going extremely well. Another day with no problems to report. Winning! One of the things I noticed this morning is that I am no longer checking my pocket to see if I have my cigarettes with me. This is a habit that I practiced for many years. Rather than a good feeling, it thinks it feels more like a positive change and I welcome it with open arms. Many of the trigger’s and habits have simply been replaced with vaping, so my minds has accepted those changes too very quietly. I remember try to quit either cold turkey or with other methods and my mind screaming at me during those triggers. I can best describe this transition as, “comfortable”.
Sugar came in again over 100. Today I start the new diet by changing breakfast to oatmeal and berries. My weight came in at 174.4, slightly under yesterday. I believe I have reached a point where my calorie burn is matching my calorie intake. To continue the fat burning process I must either reduce the calories, or burn more. Or just be happy with my progress so far and keep it in balance. I will take a little time to think about the direction I want to go.

12:30 AM – Lunch – Linguini and Clam Sauce
3:00 PM – Snack – Apple
6:30 PM – Dinner – Pea Soup
6:40 PM – Meds + Vitamins
7:30 PM – Snack – Peanut Butter Burrito
