Greasing up that pan with butter, cracking two eggs into it and adding bacon each morning no longer sounds like a smart thing to do. With the mission of trying to burn fat from my body does it make much sense to pile it up each morning. The bottom line is “Fat turns to Fat”.
Of course we know that fat is an important part of our diet’s. But there is a huge difference between good fat and bad fat. Basically, animal fat is bad. I will get into more details on fats in future posts, but now I just want to make this point clear.
The plan for the next 90 days is change my diet in a positive way. Breakfast will consist of Old Fashion Oatmeal with berries and banana. Lunch will consist of a small salad and soup. Dinner will remain the same. I will be allowed one day on the weekend to cheat and have bacon and eggs.
I believe this will give me more energy during the day, will reduce BMI (Body Mass Index), lower my cholesterol and clean up my arteries.
