Vaping is really going well. I have no desire to ever smoke another cigarette and that thought never even comes to mind. I have been reading many articles posted in E-Cigarette Forum and I am starting to understand more about the whole move to vaping over smoking. I have quite a few websites where I have found great deals on equipment and am starting to discover new ways to get quality juice. After 21 days of vaping if all works out well, I will share much information and maybe even put some links on my blog and become an affiliate for the company I choose to deal with. This means that If anyone uses the link I can make a small profit. This would offset the cost of my time spent on the blog. It won’t make me rich, but it could help pay for the vaping habit. And I would encourage other’s to do the same.
My blood sugar came in this morning at a disgusting 133. Too many snack bars yesterday and dark chocolate last night. Too much spaghetti at the dinner plate last night. Changing habits by getting away from that crap is the answer. Fruits and Veggies, Nuts and Seeds. If I don’t make them available then I end up eating stuff I shouldn’t eat. I will remember that this weekend as we go food shopping.
I hit 2 new highs on the treadmill this morning. 4.43 miles in 1 hour and 5 miles in 1 hour 8 minutes. My goal is 5 miles in 1 hour and I am getting closer. Kicking Ass and taking names.
