After just 4 days of vaping I find myself on the treadmill at 4.7 speed and walking forever. I quit at an hour and twenty minutes, but I could of went on for at least 2 hours if I chose. I reached a new high of 4.32 miles in 1 hour and even after the workout my energy is very high. My lungs are clearing all of the crap out that I built layer upon layer all of those years of smoking. I can’t wait to see how I feel at day #21.
My sugar came in at a 100 this morning and I am on top of this type II diabetes problem. My weight came down 1.6 lbs. and I believe that it will never go higher than this at the current rate I am going. I will break 170 by next weekend and start working my way down to 160. Once I am at a steady 160 I will start muscle building while maintaining cardio. I am totally rocking this thing.
