I am scheduled for a blood test this morning and will find out the results next Monday. Glucose testing showed a 101 this morning. Better than yesterday, but I am still over 100. The diet really is so important to maintaining healthy levels. Two things that were in violation of my new eating habits that I can recall from yesterday. Morning snack was 2 tortilla’s with peanut butter. And last night, lasagna. Be careful Billy, this is how you got in trouble last time. Every time I think that eating this just once won’t hurt me I am always wrong. I must find the substitutes, learn to love them, and stay away from the bad stuff. My weight rocked back up to 175.0. Last time I rocked back up it was 177.6. Yea, I am making progress. I limited my workout this morning because I am fasting for the blood test this morning. I didn’t want to take the chance of dropping it too low. But I still burned 400 calories in the process. I ran for about 2 minutes at a high setting. I know it’s going to take a long time, but someday I will be running 4 miles in 30 minutes.
Today is day 4 of vaping and not smoking. It is going extremely well. I am getting my taste and smell back. I am also experiencing higher levels of energy. When I complete 21 days I will announce it to the world on facebook and tell my story.

1:00 PM – Lunch – Pea Soup, Salad
3:00 PM – Snack – Snack Bar, Apple
6:30 PM – Dinner – Ham, Pea’s, Butternut Squash
6:40 PM – Meds + Vitamins
7:30 PM – Snack – Snack Bar
