I fell asleep really early last night like around 7:30 PM. I woke at 10:30 PM and visited the bathroom again several times with diarrhea. I don’t quite understand this. This is the 3rd time this has happened since I changed my diet and started working out. I went back to bed and got up at 3:30 AM and jumped on the scale to notice my weight was down to 173.6. After my morning treadmill session my weight went down another .4 lbs. That is a difference of 4.6 lbs. since yesterday morning. I will have to talk to the doctor about this next week. I also noticed that my blood sugar was slightly elevated at a 107 this morning. I was snacking on dark chocolate Easter candy that is laying around. That is going to stop as of right now.
Vaping is going well for me. Yesterday afternoon I did have some difficulty feeling nicotine depraved. I learned that the battery on my Evo-D was going low. After I changed it I was back on track. Now I know why there are two vaporizers in each kit. So, into day #3 we go. I believe that after 21 days I will be able to announce to the world that I am smoke free.

12:00 PM – Lunch – Dr. McDougal’s Black Bean Soup, Salad
3:00 PM – Snack – Snack Bar
6:30 PM – Dinner – Lasagna
6:40 PM – Meds + Vitamins
7:30 PM – Strawberries and Whip Cream
