04-01-14 Tuesday

Blood Sugar 104, weight 181.2. Weight went up slightly with all the bowflex routines I did yesterday. So I am building up muscle while burning fat. So as much as I enjoy seeing my weight go down each day, I have to know that when it doesn’t I am still making incredible progress. The proof is in the mirror. I skipped the super food salad yesterday because the ribs and red cabbage filled me up at lunch time. I will resume this habit today and add tuna salad.

More and more I have been thinking about sending my career in a new direction. I would love to be working at a gym as a trainer dealing with those who suffer from type II diabetes like myself. I would love to build a website with video’s telling the world just how I am doing it.
