03-31-14 – Monday

Leveled out on body weight by matching yesterdays 181.0. Burned 40 calories on the treadmill this morning before I felt a little pain in my right ankle. Decided that a few situps on the ball this morning was a better idea rather that taking the chance of injury. I am sure the my ankle will feel better tomorrow morning. I spent over an hour on the treadmill yesterday and I may have overdone it. I have to remember that I am over fifty and don’t have the same body I did when I was 20. LOL.
