It seems that taking a day off paid off. Weight came down to 181.0. This is the lowest weight I have been in a long time. The rest did me good. I burned a whopping 600 calories on the treadmill this morning and could have walked forever. I stopped it at an hour and 6 minutes. I would love to keep up this new pace to break the 180 lbs. barrier. I am doing oatmeal this morning to carb up for a work out on the bowflex. Chest and arms today and maybe some core. It is Sunday and today time is not an issue, but my energy level will be.
