03-29-14 – Saturday

Our anniversary last night, we went out for dinner. I ate ribs, steak a little basmati rice and green beans. I drank 3 beers. I forgot to take my meds and vitamins last night. Glucose level this morning was 95. I am taking the day off of cardio and strength training. I felt exhausted yesterday. I will resume the workouts on Sunday. As much as my mind is saying push forward, my body is saying take a rest.

4:40 AM – Blood Sugar – 95
5:00 AM – Weight – 182.0
10:00 AM – Breakfast – Bacon and Eggs
10:00 AM – Meds + Vitamins
5:00 PM – Dinner – BBQ Ribs, Coleslaw
(Today is a day of rest, No Cardio, No Weights)
