Weight up a half a pound to 182.6. Bowflex workout last night, back exercises. I imagine that my body is retaining water due the muscle repairing process. This is a very good sign for type 2 diabetes. It means that my muscle cells are allowing sugar in to provide protein to repair the damaged muscle tissue. This also means muscle growth. I am still trying to wrap my mind around a bowflex routine and am just doing random exercises, but will figure it out soon and develop a plan of attack to address my whole body.

4:00 AM – Blood Sugar – 105
4:15 AM – Treadmill – Distance- 3.56, Time- 55:07, Calories- 531.1, Weight-182.6
6:30 AM – Breakfast – 2 Eggs
6:35 AM – Meds + Vitamins
9:30 AM – Snack – Half Grapefruit
11:30 AM – Blood Sugar – 90
12:15 PM – Lunch – Pork, Peppers
3:00 PM – Snack – Apple
7:00 PM – Dinner – Ribs
(Forgot Meds + Vitamins)
