Lost another 2 tenths of a pound. BS 104 this morning. Had rice last night and ate a freaken blueberry snack bar laddened with sugar. Burned 530 calories this morning. Last night I introduced my body to the bowflex with chest exercises. It felt really good and I will be working on a fat burning routine to work with for 3 months. The bowflex manual has great routines, I am thinking about following them. I am happy.

4:30 AM – Blood Sugar – 103
4:45 AM – Treadmill – Distance- 3.6, Time- 55:31, Calories- 542.2
6:30 AM – Breakfast – 4 Eggs
6:35 AM – Meds + Vitamins
11:45 AM – Blood Sugar – 85
12:00 PM – Lunch – Salad, Chicken Breast
3:00 PM – Snack – Apple
6:00 PM – Dinner – Stir Fry Beef
6:30 PM – Meds + Vitamins

7:00 PM – Bowflex – Back
