Dropped a pound and a half since yesterday. Down to 181.4. Blood sugar is still maintaining at 94 this morning. Purchased a Bowflex Extreme yesterday and had it delivered and set up. I have to find the work out charts and dvd for it online. I did another 12 situps on the ball last night with a little bit of a burn this time.

4:30 AM – Blood Sugar – 94
4:45 AM – Treadmill – Distance- 2.55, Time- 41:19, Calories- 353.7, Weight- 181.4
6:23 AM – Breakfast – Hard Boiled Egg, Bacon
6:30 AM – Meds + Vitamins
1:00 PM – Blood Sugar – 91
1:10 PM – Lunch – Salad, Chicken Breast
3:00 PM – Snack – Apple
6:15 PM – Dinner – Stir Fry Beef
6:30 PM – Meds + Vitamins

6:35 PM – Bowflex
Bench Press- 110/15, 110/12, 110/8
Decline- 50/15, 50/12, 50/8
Incline- 50/15, 50/12, 50/8
Chest Fly- 100/12, 100/10, 100/8
