03-25-14 – Tuesday

Another 2/10th’s of a lb burned. Woke up to a BS of 94 while eating pasta last night. This is the exact rate of fat burning I can expect for now. I suppose as the weather gets warmer my rate of physical activities will rise with my energy at the end of the work day. I did a dozen ab situps on the exercise ball just to break it in last night and introduce my body back to the activity. Abs will be on the agenda each day for a while until I feel the strength in my ab region has returned to normal then will introduce pushups and squats.

4:15 AM – Blood Sugar – 94
4:30 AM Treadmill – Distance- 3.41, Time- 52:01, Calories- 504.3, Weight- 183.0
6:30 AM – Breakfast – Hard Boiled Egg
6:35 AM – Meds + Vitamins
10:00 AM – Snack – Snack Bar
12:50 PM – Blood Sugar – 78
1:00 PM – Lunch – Salad, Hard Boiled Egg
3:00 PM – Snack – Grapefruit
6:00 PM – Dinner – Half Pork Chop, Half Sweet Potato, Green Beans, Squash
6:15 PM – Meds + Vitamins
