183.2, dropped 2 tenths of a pound. I think I am finally stabilizing and believe that all future weight loss will be in small numbers. I will look for a loss of 1 pound each week, while building muscle and burning calories. My set goal is still 160 lbs. and hope to drop my waste size to 32. I believe this could be achievable in 1 year. In another 30 days I want to increase my daily burn on the treadmill to 500 calories. I his this goal effortlessly a few time and will start targeting it each day.
