Dropped another 2 lbs. Weighed in at 182.8 this morning, cranked out another 3.75 miles and burned 474 calories. Overall I am feeling really good. My Blood Sugar was at 104 this morning. I made some changes in the garage and making it more comfortable for working out. I ordered an exercise ball and will incorporate abs exercises in the beginning of the week. Next week I will set up a plan where I can incorporate sit ups, push ups and so on.

4:00 AM – Blood Sugar – 104
5:30 AM – Treadmill – Distance- 3.79, Time-63:00, Calories- 484.4, Weight- 182.8
10:00 AM – Breakfast – Bacon, Eggs
11:00 AM – Meds + Vitamins
1:00 PM – Snack – Oatmeal, Spoon of Peanut Butter
3:00 PM – Lunch – Half Sausage Sandwich, Soup
4:17 PM – Blood Sugar – 102
6:00 PM – Dinner – 7 Bottles of Beer
