Dropped another 2 lbs. Weighed in at 182.8 this morning, cranked out another 3.75 miles and burned 474 calories. Overall I am feeling really good. My Blood Sugar was at 104 this morning. I made some changes in the garage and making it more comfortable for working out. I ordered an exercise ball and will incorporate abs exercises in the beginning of the week. Next week I will set up a plan where I can incorporate sit ups, push ups and so on.
