BS 104 this morning. Kicked out 525 calories on the treadmill this morning and lost about a half pound coming in at 184.8. I must pick up old fashion oatmeal and get away from this instant stuff. The glycemic index is much lower. This is the first day that weight loss has slowed down and predict that this trend will continue.

4:00 AM – Blood Sugar – 104
4:30 AM – Treadmill – Distance- 3.56, Time- 55:18, Calories- 525.8, Weight- 184.8
6:30 AM – Breakfast – Oatmeal, Hard Boiled Egg
6:40 AM – Meds + Vitamins
11:30 AM – Blood Sugar – 90
1:00 PM – Lunch – Salad, Egg Salad
3:00 PM – Snack – Apple
7:00 PM – Dinner – Chicken, Zuccini, Squash
7:15 PM – Meds + Vitamins
