BS this morning back to normal at 93. I ate cornbeef, cabbage and carrots last night. My lunch has consistantly been a super green salad which contains the three winning leafy greens Kale, Spinach and Romain. I mix up the additional elements of the salad with a protein source like HB Eggs, left over meat from the night before. I add cuccumbers, tomatoes, onions but want to add coconut and avacodo to make it even more nutritious.
I weighed in at 185.2 this morning after a 3 mile walk which brings my total weight loss from 197 down 12 pounds in less than a month. I was suffering sugar lows during the day, but have fixed the problem with grapefruit slices. Winning!

6:40 AM – Breakfast – Oatmeal, Blueberries, Hard Boiled Egg

7:00 PM – Dinner – Fish Sticks, Cole Slaw
7:15 PM – Meds + Vitamins
