Going through my notebook I realize that the journal that I started has not been completely accurate. Actually it has been missing important information pertaining to my daily routine. From this day forward I am going to try and correct that problem by carrying my notebook with me where ever I go.

6:15 PM – Dinner – Stir Fry Beef
6:30 PM – Meds + Vitamins
